Shock Freezing Chamber for Products

Shock freezing in a chamber means a process in which products are rapidly cooled (frozen). In a shock chamber, all three phases (cooling, freezing, deep freezing) occur rapidly. This is achieved by quickly lowering the temperature with intensive forced air circulation. The temperature in a shock chamber reaches -30ºС ... -40ºС. Lower temperatures and faster air flow are not recommended, as they unnecessarily increase power consumption and deform the products. To accelerate freezing, power is increased only in the initial stage.
